Kintsugi Woman

Guided by Passion & Spirit

Kalina Bains

Women are lasering into their intuitive soul,

They are listening to the answers

They have been asking for years.

Are you ready to be the woman you know you want and need to be?

The essence of a Kintsugi woman is strength, beauty, and resilience like repaired pottery. She turns challenges into opportunities for growth, inspiring others with her passion and leaving a trail of gold. Embracing, empowering, engaging, exploring, and evolving, she connects and strengthens other women with love and wisdom.

In the heart of every woman lies the unique ability to heal, transform, and transcend the cracks and breaks life inflicts, much like the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is mended with gold. This beautiful restoration not only celebrates the scars but also elevates the object to a new level of beauty and strength. Similarly, as Kintsugi women, we weave golden threads of dreams, empowerment, and love through the tapestry of our lives.

Our existence is not a solitary journey but a shared voyage that reaches backward into the sands of time, honouring the women who paved the way before us and extending forward, laying down a path for those who will follow.

Our golden footprints are imprints of resilience, the strength that comes from overcoming, from piecing together the fragments of our experiences with golden seams of wisdom and grace. Each step we take is a beacon of hope for the future, a guide for the young women who look up to us, searching for their own paths. Our stories of triumph and perseverance become their roadmap, a guide to navigating the challenges that lie ahead. In this way, our lives become a continuous chain of empowerment, each link stronger with the lessons learned and the love shared.

As we continue on our journey together, our golden footprints merge with those of the women who walked before us, creating a luminous path that illuminates the journey for those yet to come.

This is our legacy, a legacy of love of dreams we imagined, of lives broken, and of love that continues as our kaleidoscope turns again.

Together we continue to walk boldly, leaving behind a trail of golden footprints, so that the women who follow may find their way by the light we leave behind.

We celebrate our journeys, and the collective and conscious journey of our feminine ethereal threads of womanhood, bound together by golden seams of shared experiences, dreams, and an enduring love that echoes through the ages of Kintsugi women before us.

Hello, siSTARS! I'm excited to welcome you to my corner of self-discovery. I'm Kalina, a woman guided by passion and spirit, thriving, breaking free and embracing the innate knowing of self and embracing our true selves. Like a Kintsugi woman who finds beauty in her imperfections and strength in her vulnerabilities, I encourage you to embark on a Chrysalis Gilded Journey of Radiant Reinvention.

Join me as we explore transformation and empower each other to shine brightly as the authentic, unapologetic beings we were always meant to be. Together, let's embrace our uniqueness and inspire others to do the same, creating a world where diversity is celebrated, and self-expression shines.

Welcome to a community where we embrace, empower, engage, explore and evolve in our unique way together as beautiful, bold, brave Kintsugi women.

By living a life guided by passion and spirit, we can inspire others to do the same and create a ripple effect of positivity and kindness in the world. So take some time today to reflect on your passions and purpose, and commit to living a life filled with love..

Each season of self is beautiful as the kaleidoscope changes in the story of my life, a journey of rebirth, growth, and empowerment. From the Kintsugi daughter to the thriving Kintsugi Woman, I evolved and transformed, becoming bolder and braver with each passing season.

It's a beautiful cycle of life and death to self, of letting go and embracing the new, of finding my voice and using it to empower the voiceless. As I journey through the seasons of self, I will remember that my empowerment comes from within, an innate knowing and intuitive spirit that guides and has transformed me from the deepest wounds and greatest joy.

SiSTARS, imagine life’s thrown some challenges and you’re there, feeling like a vase that’s just hit the floor—pieces everywhere. But here’s the magic: you start picking up those shards, and instead of just gluing them back, you’re lining them with gold. That’s right, pure gold! It’s like every crack is a place to pour in more love, more wisdom, and all that good stuff that’s been whispering to you.

Now, you’re cocooning yourself, not to hide, but evolving in all your glorious experiences. It’s a sacred timeout, where you’re stitching yourself back together with threads of light and lessons learned. It’s a solo trip, but it’s lush with self-discovery and sprinkled with stardust.

Then comes the moment you’ve been waiting for. You step out of that chrysalis, and bam! You’re not just back together; you’re a masterpiece, glowing with all those golden lines. You’re a walking, talking celebration of the beauty, healing and the power of change.

As you move forward, every step is a celebration to your journey. You’re not just mended; you’re a radiant reinvention on your Chrysalis Gilded Journey to self. Those golden scars? They’re your badges of honour, as you embrace the woman you have become through the storm and now dances in the rain.

Together we honour, we celebrate all Kintsugi women, to us, who turn our broken moments into a canvas of possibilities, painting our lives with bold strokes of reinvention and a sprinkle of magic and love. We’re not just surviving; we’re thriving, with every little piece shining brighter than before.

Keep shining, keep loving, and keep turning those cracks into gold. Peace and love, my friend.

I am following my passion and on this journey I support and love the women we know we need to be.

Kalina, Why Kintsugi Woman?

I remember sitting in the pews of our old church, the light filtering through our glass windows, shining down on the congregation. The pastor talked about how we are like pieces of clay in the hands of God, shaped and molded by His will.

His words resonated with me, He spoke of trials and tribulations, of being shattered and broken, and yet, in the hands of the Divine Potter, we were never beyond repair.

As a young woman, I often thought about this and felt that with all my questions, rebellion and I too was being broken and put back together with God’s love and his love shone brighter and stronger.

Years passed, and life, I faced challenges that left me feeling fragmented, a vessel cracked. It was during these times that the pastor’s words came back to me, a gentle reminder that even in pieces, there was hope.

Then, one day, I heard a story that would change my perspective forever. It was the story of the Golden Buddha, a statue that had been covered in clay to protect it from invaders. For centuries its true nature was hidden until one day, the gold beneath was revealed.

Reflecting, I realized that like the Buddha, I was hiding my true self. That for years my insecurities, self critical talk, limiting beliefs kept me hidden and became the woman I really was.Covering my brilliance with layers of doubt, fear, and the expectations of others.

Have you seen the Cracked Light Woman sculpture? It reflects my inner journey, and yours without saying a word. It’s the depiction of a woman, not just any woman, but a Kintsugi woman, her cracks not hidden but illuminated, a celebration of her journey.

Have you seen her? The woman whose scars are gilded with gold, whose imperfections catch the light in such a way that you cannot help but stare in awe. She stands, not in spite of her fractures but because of them, each line a story, each crevice a victory.

This sculpture is more than art; it’s a reflection of us. Like the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is mended with gold, we too are pieced back together, stronger, brighter, bolder. Our cracks are not signs of defeat but of survival, of our capacity to heal and grow.

In moments of darkness, it’s easy to feel shattered, to see our flaws as failings. Remember, it is through these very cracks that light shines brightest. As Kintsugi women, we are a mosaic of experiences, each fragment unique, yet part of a greater whole.

So loved we are, by a force greater than ourselves. God has filled our veins with love, making us whole again, bolder and braver. We emerge more beautiful for having been broken.

Have we seen the light shining through our own cracks? Do we recognize the beauty in our unbreakable resilience? Let’s share our stories, our struggles, and our triumphs. Let’s celebrate the light within us and let it guide us to a future where we shine unapologetically.

Together, we are Kintsugi women—imperfect, yet impeccable in our imperfections. Let’s embrace the light within our cracks and shine brighter, bolder and braver.

I imagined myself as a Kintsugi woman, my cracks filled with golden light, each a celebration to my life, experiences, challenges, and my lessons learned.

With every heartbreak, every disappointment, I envisioned the gold seeping into my veins  mending me not just back to what I was, but transforming me into something more resilient, radiantly reinventing me.

I began to see my experiences not as blemishes, but as integral parts of my being. They were not to be hidden or lamented, but celebrated.

This image of self and a Kintsugi woman is not just for me. My desire to share this with you, my siSTARS, to help you see the golden threads in your own lives.

I wanted to empower you, to show you that each crack and experience of life made you whole, perfect, and stronger. That loving yourself was the first step on the path to wholeness.

So here I am, sharing my journey with you. It’s a story of transformation, of coming to understand that we are all works of art in progress.

We are molded by experiences, shaped by the people we meet, and colored by the love we give and receive. When we break, as we all do, we have the chance to come back together stronger.

The light of God, or whatever higher power you believe in, shines through our cracks, illuminating the beauty within. It’s a divine glow that speaks of endurance, of survival, and of grace.

As Kintsugi women, we learn to embrace our flaws. We find strength in our vulnerability and courage in our recovery. We become beacons of light for those still navigating their own darkness.

Our journey is ongoing, a continuous process of breaking and healing, of falling and rising. With each cycle, we become more intricate, more interesting, more beautiful.

We are living proof that there is beauty in the broken, that there is power in the patched-up, and that there is wisdom in the worn.

I invite you, my siSTARS, to search the Kintsugi woman within. Pick up the pieces of your past, not to discard them, but to join them together with the golden adhesive of love and acceptance. Let us be proud of our scars, for they are not signs of defeat, but badges of honour, symbols of our capacity to heal and to grow.

Together, we can redefine what it means to be broken, to show the world that our cracks are not evidence of our fragility, but proof of our strength.

Celebrate our Kintsugi souls, my siSTARS, we are not just mended in gold; we are gilded in strength, wrapped in love, and shining with an inner light that can never be dimmed.

See yourselves as works of art, beautifully flawed and infinitely strong. Recognize our shared experiences and to support one another in our individual journeys. May we all find the courage to be Kintsugi women, embracing the light within our cracks.

Kintsugi Effect

Think of this concept like the transformative Butterfly Effect. Just as a butterfly emerges from its chrysalis, transformed and ready to soar, we too are on a journey of metamorphosis. It’s a path where small, mindful actions can lead to profound changes in our mind, body, and soul connection.

Small Thoughts, Big Changes

Imagine your mind as a garden. Each thought is a seed that can bloom into a beautiful flower or a weed. By planting seeds of positivity and empowerment, we nurture our inner garden. A simple shift in perspective, a small act of self-kindness, can ripple outwards, creating waves of change.

Movements of Transformation

Our bodies are our temples, and every movement is a prayer of gratitude. Whether it’s the gentle flow of yoga, the rhythmic pulse of a dance, or even the simple act of drinking more water, we honour our physical selves. These acts are our daily rituals, nourishing our bodies and, in turn, our lives.

Nourishing with Self-Love

Self-love is the nectar that feeds our souls. It’s found in the quiet moments of meditation, in the affirming words we whisper to ourselves, and in the choices that reflect our self-worth. With each sip of water, we remind ourselves that we are worthy of care and attention.

The Power of Forgiveness

Forgiveness is the wind beneath our wings. It frees us from the weight of past hurts and regrets. With each flutter, we learn to forgive ourselves and others, not as an act of concession but as an act of strength. Forgiveness is the key to unlocking a bolder, braver version of ourselves.

The Flutter of Confidence

With each flutter, we gain confidence. It’s in the way we speak, the way we carry ourselves, and the way we face challenges. Confidence is not about never falling; it’s about the courage to get back up. It’s about knowing that with each stumble, we’re learning, growing, and becoming more resilient.

So, my siSTARS, let’s embrace the Kintsugi Effect. Let’s celebrate our cracks and imperfections, for they tell the story of our resilience. With each small thought, change, and movement, we are not just repairing; we are rebirthing into something more beautiful, more complex, and more whole. Remember, with each flutter, we are stronger, braver, and bolder.

Together, let’s spread our wings and prepare for flight, our Chrysalis journey is just the beginning.

The Broken Vessel

Dear Kintsugi Sistars,

In the heart of our shared journey lies a beautiful metaphor that resonates deeply with our experiences, Kintsugi. This ancient Japanese art form celebrates the beauty of brokenness in pottery, where cracks are mended with gold, turning a once-shattered piece into a stunning work of art. But Kintsugi is more than just a technique; it’s a philosophy that teaches us resilience, offering a powerful parallel to the journey of healing and empowerment we undertake as women.

The Golden Repair

Just like the broken vessels that are carefully pieced back together, we too have faced our own breaks and falls. Life’s unexpected turns can leave us feeling fragmented, but it’s in these moments that the essence of Kintsugi speaks to us. The gold used to repair the pottery isn’t just a means of fixing; it’s a celebration of the vessel’s history. Each golden seam tells a story of overcoming adversity, a testament to strength and survival.

Healing as an Art

Our healing process mirrors the meticulous and patient art of Kintsugi. It’s not about erasing the past or hiding our scars; it’s about embracing them and recognizing the beauty in our imperfections. As we mend our broken parts with ‘gold’ — be it through self-care, support from loved ones, or personal growth — we’re not just repairing; we’re transforming. We’re acknowledging that our experiences, no matter how painful, contribute to the unique beauty of who we are.

Empowerment Through Imperfection

Kintsugi teaches us that there’s empowerment in imperfection. Our cracks, when sealed with gold, become symbols of our resilience. They remind us that we’re more than just our broken pieces,  we’re works of art, each with our own intricate design. As Kintsugi women, we turn our challenges into opportunities for growth, inspiring others with our passion and leaving a trail of gold wherever we go.

Let’s continue to share our light and strength, mending not just ourselves but each other, creating a tapestry of golden stories that shine with the wisdom of our collective journey.

With love and solidarity, Your Kintsugi Sister

Acknowledging your struggles and celebrating  your journey towards healing and empowerment continue the journey with me.

What is our Kintsugi Internal GPS

In the heart of every Kintsugi woman lies an internal GPS, powered by spirit, guiding her through a profound journey of transformation. This journey mirrors the transforming scars into stories, trials into triumphs, and pain into wisdom. It is a path of listening intently to the spirit's whispers, urging us to mend our fragmented selves with resilience and strength, turning every flaw into a mark of beauty and every challenge into a stepping stone towards growth.

In the heart of a Kintsugi woman, where scars are stories and cracks are canvases of gold, is our internal GPS. A magical compass, searching and finding our true north of our soul's desires and dreams. it whispers your desires, your passion, your innate knowing of self.

This Kintsugi woman listens with patience to her internal GPS whispers.

As a Kintsugi woman, embodying strength and resilience, your internal GPS would navigate your journey with wisdom and encouragement, guiding you through life's challenges with grace.

Reflect on the whispers of your heart:

Love Your Flaws, SiSTARS - Think of it like Kintsugi, you sparkle, your unique vibe. They shout out loud about how tough and kick-ass you are, not about your weaknesses.

Chase the Whisper of Light - When everything feels like a total blackout, let that tiny spark of hope be your guide. Deep down, your soul's got this GPS for joy, even when the world's all shades of grey.

Remix Your Roadmap - So, life threw you a curveball? That's not the end of the road, girl, it's a chance to scout out new trails. It's always the perfect time to sketch out a new dream quest that sings to your spirit.

Find the Magic in the Mess - Just like Kintsugi, where the broken becomes beautiful, embrace the chaos and the cracks. Loving all your quirks lets you live out loud and genuine.

Healing's More Rhythm Than Race - Taking it one step at a time, healing isn't about speeding to the finish line. It's about grooving to your own beat and giving yourself grace to grow.

Your Soft Side is Your Superpower - Opening up, reaching out, connecting — that's where real strength lies. Being vulnerable is like being a superhero in disguise.

Let Your Heart Steer the Way - In this crazy world that's all about thinking it through, never forget your feelings and gut instincts are your true north. Trust in them to lead you to your bliss.

Collect Wisdom Like It's Precious Metal - Every single thing you go through, the ups and downs, it's all adding layers of gold to your story. Let those lessons shine and shape you.

Make Room for Fresh Starts - Like piecing together a new masterpiece from the broken bits, be brave enough to clear out the old to welcome in the fresh and new.

Be the Voice of Your Voyage - Sharing your saga, with all its stumbles and victories, isn't just healing for you. It lights the way for others wandering through their own shadows.

See Yourself as a Masterpiece - Just like a piece of exquisite Kintsugi, you're a blend of strength, beauty, and grace. You're not just getting by; you're flourishing, decked out in all your life-earned gold.

In a world that often seems obsessed with perfection, a heart of gold offers a different perspective. We celebrate every crack, and every imperfection, recognizing them as an integral part of our journey and beauty. Live your life as a Kintsugi woman, a beacon of strength and resilience, guiding those around you to see the beauty in their brokenness.

Our internal GPS is our compass that guides us through life's ups and downs with grace and courage.  We understand that the journey is as important as the destination. Each decision, each turn we take, is done trusting in the journey. Our challenges, do-overs, and detours are not setbacks but opportunities to explore, learn, and grow. We are becoming our radiant reinvention of self, shining brighter, stronger, bolder, brighter deep inside each crevice filling the cracks of our story.

This Kintsugi woman does not simply move through life; she dances through it, listening to her inner voice with a profound sense of peace and wisdom.

Our  journey is a celebration of the power of embracing one's whole self, of finding balance between action and reflection. We leave behind a trail of golden footprints, a guide for those who follow in her steps. These footprints serve as reminders that our flaws and scars make us unique, that healing is a journey towards becoming our most authentic selves.

To the Kintsugi daughters seeking their way, she shines brightly, offering hope and showing that even in our most broken moments, we are capable of incredible beauty and resilience. Through embracing our imperfections and trusting in the journey, we too can navigate life with the elegance and courage of a Kintsugi woman.

As a Kintsugi woman, let your internal GPS remind you of the power of embracing your whole self, broken pieces included, as you navigate the journey of life with elegance and courage.

We understand that every detour, every roadblock, is an opportunity to discover new veins of gold within ourselves.

And how do we listen, you ask? With every fiber of her being, every crack that's been lovingly filled with gold. We listen by embracing the quiet, pausing, by seeking the spaces between the noise, where our inner voice is the clearest. Between action and reflection, finding a balance only we understand.. As Kintsugi woman, with our internal GPS guiding us, we turn the kaleidoscope, watching each prism of self turn. Evolving, with unbreakable resilience,  grace, and the wisdom to know that sometimes, the most beautiful mess is in the journey of a pause and reflection, listening to the whispers of innate knowing.

Each step taken by a Kintsugi woman is intentional, leaving behind a trail of golden footprints for those who tread the path after her. These footprints are more than mere marks; they are a treasure map filled with wisdom, teaching the importance of embracing imperfections, finding beauty amidst brokenness, and recognizing that healing is an evolution toward something far more precious. It is a testament to the belief that our most profound growth stems from our greatest challenges and that our vulnerabilities allow our inner light to shine brighter, guiding us toward becoming our most authentic selves.

For those Kintsugi daughters, on the beginning of their journey these golden footprints shine brightly, offering hope and direction. They remind you that your journey, too, is filled with purpose and meaning, woven by the spirit within.

Though the path has challenges of uncertainty, and is scary with self-doubt at times, remember you are never alone.

Embrace your brokenness with courage, through this acceptance that the journey becomes a radiant voyage towards wholeness and healing. Let the internal GPS of your spirit lead the way, trust in the journey, within.

We are Kintsugi women, Kintsugi daughters, every crack and imperfection is revealing rebirth, and reinvention of self,  a transformation, making us beautifully unique and infinitely precious.

Create Space for New Beginnings - Just as broken pieces are put together to form something new, allow yourself to let go of the past to create space for new beginnings and opportunities.

Embrace Your Cracks - Just as Kintsugi highlights the beauty in brokenness, remember that your scars make you uniquely beautiful. They are a celebration of your strength and resilience, not signs of weakness.

Follow the Path of Light, However Faint - In moments of darkness, let the smallest glimmer of hope guide you. Your internal compass knows the way forward, even when it's hard to see.

Gather the Gold of Experience - Every experience, good or bad, is valuable. Like the gold used in Kintsugi, let these lessons enrich and embellish your life story.

Healing Is a Journey, Not a Destination - Healing takes time and patience. Each step, no matter how small, is progress. Embrace your pace; there's no rush in the art of becoming.

Let Your Heart Be Your Compass - In a world that often values logic over emotion, remember that your intuition and feelings are powerful guides. Trust them to lead you to where you need to be.

Reinvent Your Map - Life's detours are not dead ends but opportunities to discover new paths. It's never too late to redraw your journey and pursue dreams that resonate with your soul's desires.

Remember, You Are a Work of Art - Like a Kintsugi masterpiece, you are a beautiful amalgamation of strength, resilience, and grace. You are not just surviving; you are thriving, adorned with the gold of your experiences.

Seek Beauty in Imperfection - Just like the art of Kintsugi, find the beauty in life's imperfections. Accepting yourself, flaws and all, allows you to live fully and authentically.

Share Your Story - Your journey, with all its fractures and repairs, can inspire and comfort others. Sharing your story is not just healing for you but can be a beacon for others navigating their own darkness.

Your Fragility Is Part of Your Strength - Vulnerability is a superpower. It takes courage to show your true self, to ask for help, and to connect deeply with others.

Grab Your Bucket!

SiSTARS, Imagine with me

Imagine a reservoir, not of water, but of pure, healing energy,  a healing cistern. It's intertwined with the ancient art of Kintsugi, where broken pieces are not hidden but celebrated by mending them with gold. I am thinking of an ethereal concept of Kintsugi Woman of the universe guided by passion and spirit going to and drawing from.

It's a source of wealth, wisdom, and wellness that feels like a secret sanctuary we've always been searching for but never quite found until now.

This cistern is not just a metaphorical pool but a real, tangible space where we can dive deep into our inner selves, exploring the cracks and crevices of our lives that we've been taught to hide or be ashamed of. Instead of concealing them, we learn to highlight them with a golden light, remembering our past hurts and traumas as integral parts of our beautiful selves. This process is not just healing; it's empowering. It's about recognizing that our so-called imperfections are what make us uniquely powerful.

This cistern is a wellspring of wisdom and wellness is not something external; it's been within us all along. The only thing required of us is to accept, believe and receive, in our inherent power.

In the heart of every woman lies a reservoir of strength, wellness, and wisdom. This inner sanctum, like the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is mended with gold, teaches us that our scars and experiences make us more beautiful and resilient.

Our Kintsugi woman's cistern is not a well seeking water from external sources, but a wellspring of wisdom and wellness that has been within us all along. Together we explore the depths of our inherent power, our feminine ethereal wisdom, and the alchemy of time and love that moulds us.

The concept of me as a Kintsugi Woman challenges the limiting beliefs I believed as a young woman in my Mennonite culture or what I saw in society. It tells me that my worth is not diminished by my experiences of failure, loss or pain. Instead, these are the very elements that fill my  cisterns with the gold of wisdom. This wisdom is not something that can be sought or acquired from the outside; it is a gift of my own making, created through the prisms of self.

Accepting, believing and receiving this gift is the first step toward tapping into our innate wellspring of wellness that resides within us. Embrace your scars, your stories,  and your imperfections, seeing them not as flaws but as integral parts of our unique beauty and strength.

Embracing our feminine ethereal energy involves recognizing the alchemy of time and love in our lives. Time gives us perspective and patience, while love, both for ourselves and from others, heals and transforms us. This alchemy is the process of how our inner cisterns are filled. It is a journey of becoming, of evolving into the fullest expression of ourselves.

As women, we are the custodians of this sacred knowledge, the keepers of this ancient wellspring. Our cistern is always full, always flowing, Do we have the courage to draw from it?

The Kintsugi woman's cistern is a metaphor I am using for our inner resources that each of us possesses. It is a reminder that our power, wisdom, and wellness come from inside each of us, shaped by the alchemy of our experiences.

I invite each of my siSTARS to celebrate this journey of self-discovery, to embrace your imperfections as marks of beauty, and to realise that you are, and always have been, wellsprings of wisdom and wellness. The only thing required is to accept, believe and receive,in your intuitive power. You not only heal yourselves but also manifest and pave the way for a world where the feminine ethereal wisdom is recognized, celebrated, and revered.

It's time to embrace our inner sanctuary and strength.

Our intuitive wisdom guides us toward a path of self-love, healing, and ultimately, profound transformation. The universe invites us to search within our inner selves, emerging as radiant warriors, equipped with newfound power and strength. Evolving on this journey together, heart in heart, reclaiming the power that has always been rightfully ours.

Are you ready, siSTARS, to draw from the wealth of your Kintsugi cistern of wisdom and wellness that awaits you? Come with me on this amazing journey of self-discovery and healing, allowing our spirits to soar. Grab your bucket. I will join you there in the ethos of time.

Women Dream Weavers

Dreaming of a better day, knowing that it is there. Following your path? Today is a new day of beginnings. You have walked thru the door of hope it is leading you to what is calling YOU. Remembering that loving yourself first, healing and in gratitude we pass that hope along to those in front of us who will one day stand along side of us as a sister, a dream weaver.

What does your dream dance look like ? What energy are you putting out there?

I have so many dreams, stories and doors I want to open. Women dream weavers are clearing a path for all of us they are opening the doors and dreaming to make dreams happen for all of us. I am a dream weaver.

We all need to be dream weavers. Weaving in the love, empowering balance to every day situations. Life is a tear drop away and regret, sadness and  guilt be dissolved with the forgiveness that others would say you are crazy, unacceptable.

We will be free, released from the pain, lies and letting go. Loving ourselves enough to go thru the door of hope.  Going forward thru love, we are not helpless. We are free, and healed all is well. Safe in the creators arms. Moving on to be what ever we want to be, free. Dreaming , weaving a magnificent tapestry of our life.

Be woman, be bold, beautiful inside-out, better than you were yesterday, blessed to bless others, blissful and blossom into the woman you need to be.

Working thru the baggage we keep holding on. I imagine removing the bags and suitcases, of pain, fears, anger, loss and walking thru this path onto the other side into a beautiful garden with you my friend. Enjoying the fragrance of a new life, dreams and respecting, loving and forgiving myself just as I am, working each day to be the healthiest, strongest and boldest woman and blossom.

That knot that sits in my stomach, anxious and afraid wondering how we can get thru the things that bind our relationships. Giving it to God is the only thing I can do when there is nothing I can do. Thank you God for the ones I love and working your miracles in my family and friends.

FEAR

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am then I can change"... Carl Rogers

Fear that controls us locked up in our minds, isolating us can only be dissolved with facing, forgiving and focusing on what is good and moving on. " I am facing, forgiving and focusing on what is good in my life".

Each of us is entwined with each other. Sometimes wound tightly and uncomfortable, other times worn and comfortable. When the relationship is pulled apart or broken for one reason or another we always leave a part each other memories of the thread bending, raveling with the essence of us.

The lessons I have learned in life have come from the valleys in my life, making me stronger to get up the next side of the mountains in life. Spiritually, mentally and physically I am not the person who entered that valley.

Humbled, I have let go of the past and forgiven my self and those who have hurt me. I am stronger because I have let go of what was holding me down, lying to me, depressing me and keeping me captive.

Those along my side have too learned, climbing the same mountain but on their own path. Some are just starting the hike on the mountain and for others this is the last mountain to climb. Releasing all that has what they thought was so important, materialism, climbing that ladder of success all for what? A nicer car and bigger house. Will we ever be satisfied?

The person going in front of us having the line that connects us all together; we are all one team helping, encouraging and becoming part of that tribe, sisterhood, family what ever we may call it; we are all part of the puzzle that is being played today.

As a child learning new things and being afraid and having all the peer pressure. Now as an adult trying to do things feeling intimidated and foolish? I think we have all waited to long to try some things and should just get out there and have some fun.

Each of us playing an important piece of the puzzle that is being played by God. Each laid with care. We are waiting for the next piece of our puzzle thinking it will never be found and  ready to play the next piece or to give up.

I am who I am because of yesterday...yesteryear. I am stronger, smarter and bolder.

What Lives Inside Of Me

" This is my wish" beautiful

A new year is starting and on the 14th of this month, I am going in for a biopsy. They have found a 9mm lesion on the right breast. Am I concerned, worried about the big C? No. but it does bring questions to mind, I am concerned.

I am 55, most of my life I have not been very active and overweight. Raised in a farming community, where everyone eats meat, usually a couple of times a day. On my own I realized that I really didn't like meat. Physically I feel better eating fish and more veggies and fruit. Drinking almond and soya milk, as even as a child I had problems with dairy.

Concerned about what would happen to my children if I wasn't here?  I have five sisters so they would have support and love but it is still fearful. I want to see my grandchildren get married. I want to enjoy my life, travel and be happy, I want to be alive.

I have wasted much time in front of the television like most people, isolate and become depressed. On meds and unsure of what or how I will feel from one day to the next. In a fog, unsure of what I want at times, but knowing I want more, I want to be happier, healthier so what is stopping me?

I have always believed God takes each of us in his timing. It is not up to me when or how I go but the quality of my life is my responsibility.

Most of my life I have been there for others, over extending myself and then I drop out of the picture. I get over whelmed, scared and just don't want to be there. I can't deal with it. I have so much in my own family of 8 siblings there is always something going on. Getting the shingles, the pain, unable to do and be who I was before. I lost so much, my job, freedom, dreams.

It's all about our attitude and staying positive. Becoming stronger and having faith, loving ourselves a little bit more everyday.
