Excercise


Feeling depressed and isolating is something I for years have dealt with and so I know that the idea of exercising and getting out is hard. Finding when I walk and reconnect with people I feel better, happier and I stop thinking about myself, my problems and my mood improves.

Emotionally and physically feeling better while exercising, I become more flexible and it helps with my sore back and restless legs getting more oxygen into the body and helps circulation and mind clearer. Living a longer quality filled, healthy life as a senior is what I want and need.
