One of the most transformative experiences in my life was when I was very young and noticed the inequalities for women when I visited India, and being raised Mennonite . These moments taught me the importance of resilience and the power of inner strength. How do you celebrate your unique path and the beauty of your journey?


Celebrating my journey involves acknowledging my progress and the unique steps I’ve taken. Whether it’s through journaling, creating art, or simply taking a moment to appreciate my achievements, I find ways to honor my path. Every step I take is a testament to my courage and determination.


How do you honor and transform your scars into sources of strength and beauty?


Our scars tell stories of our battles and victories. By embracing them, I can transform pain into power. Practices like journaling, meditation, and creative expression help me process and honor my scars, turning them into symbols of strength and beauty.


How do you prepare yourself to face new challenges with courage and grace?

Facing challenges requires a combination of preparation and mindset. Grounding practices such as meditation, affirmations, and setting intentions help me approach new challenges with courage and grace. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth.


How have your own imperfections and scars shaped your journey?


My imperfections and scars make me who I am. They add depth and character to my story. I embrace them as part of my unique journey. Reflecting on how these aspects have shaped my path helps me understand their role in my personal growth.

What does the concept of Kintsugi mean to you personally?


Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, symbolizes the beauty in imperfection. To me, it represents the idea that our broken parts can be mended with love and care, creating something even more beautiful. I embrace my imperfections and see them as opportunities for growth and transformation.
