Here are some mindful sacred sanctuary rituals that you can try during the weekends: Create a sacred space:

Choose a space, in your home that is peaceful and calming. Light candles, burn incense or diffuse essential oils and play soft music to create a relaxing atmosphere.

  • Set your intention: Take a few moments to set your intention for your practice. You may wish to focus on gratitude, self-care, or simply being present in the moment.

  • Journaling: Take some time to reflect on your thoughts and emotions. Write down what you are grateful for, struggling with, and hoping to achieve in the coming week.

  • Mindful breathing: Focus on your breath, inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply. You can count your breaths or repeat a mantra to help you stay focused.
