Kalina Media: a sanctuary for women’s voices.

About Kalina Media

Kalina Media is the living offering of Kalina Bains, a retired grandmother of four who is beginning again. With a kintsugi‑infused heart, Kalina has transformed her own journey of renewal into a sanctuary for women stepping into their next chapter.

Kalina Media was created to empower and showcase women, mothers, grandmothers, retirees, visionaries, and entrepreneurs who are beginning again with courage, creativity, and legacy.

Through Kintsugi Woman and the Global Grandmothers’ Magazine (GGCN), Kalina Media curates magazines, portfolios, and ceremonial archives that celebrate intergenerational wisdom, initiatives, and lift voices that deserve to be heard. Among these editions is the Grandmother Flordemayo magazine, honoring one of the 13 elders of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers and recipient of the Martin De La Cruz Award, bestowed by the Congress of Traditional Medicine.

Each magazine is a celebration capsule, weaving together design and storytelling.

Kalina Medias' mission is to:

  •  Empower women beginning again to share their entrepreneurial visions, initiatives and stories.

  • Create living archives that celebrate legacy, ceremony, and collective healing.

  • Showcase contributors through magazines, coloring books, emblems, and visual portfolios.

  • Unify voices across generations, cultures, and communities in joy and remembrance.

  •

Kalina Media is Kalina Bains,  a grandmother, a visionary, and inviting others to step into the circle and begin again.
