Spiritual Warrior Meditation

Writer: Kalina BainsKalina Bains

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Imagine that you are surrounded by a circle of light, and that in this circle are other spiritual warriors like you. They are your allies, your friends, your sisters. They support you and cheer you on.

Feel the connection between you and them, the bond of love and respect. You are not alone in this journey. You are part of a powerful and positive community.

As you breathe, repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud:

  - I am a spiritual warrior. I have courage, strength and wisdom.

  - I am healthy and vibrant. I take care of my body, mind and soul.

  - I am loved and loving. I attract and give love freely and joyfully.

  - I am prosperous and abundant. -I attract and create wealth and opportunities in all areas of my life.

  - I am growing and learning.

-I embrace challenges and new experiences with confidence and curiosity.

  - I am a helper and a healer.

-I use my gifts and talents to uplift and empower other women.

Feel the energy of these affirmations filling you up, radiating from your heart. Feel the energy of the circle amplifying your affirmations, sending them out to the universe.

Thank the circle for their presence and support. Thank yourself for being a spiritual warrior. Open your eyes and smile.

I hope you enjoyed this meditation. Let me know what you think.
