Kintsugi Women's Prayer

We have felt the brokenness and the pain and we are stronger.

We are a child of God

We are beautiful with all our flaws, our past, and all the do-overs

We are guided by passion and Spirit

Thank you Jesus

Dear God,

We come before you today, grateful for the beauty that lies in our brokenness. We thank you for the gift of Kintsugi, a Japanese art form that celebrates the beauty in imperfection. It is a reminder that even though we may be broken and scarred, we can still shine brightly.

Like the Kintsugi woman, we have gone through our share of pain, sadness, and tears. We have been shattered into pieces, and at times, it felt like we would never be whole again. But through your grace and mercy, we have been made whole.

We survived prisms of decades of brokenness that we have experienced, for the prisms of light that have shone through the cracks in our lives. We thank you for the scars that we carry, for they are a testament to the strength that lies within us.

Today, we stand before you as women who are stronger, bolder, and more resilient than ever before. We are guided by our passion and spirit, and we are determined to use our brokenness as a source of inspiration for others.

We thank you for the lessons that we have learned along the way, and for the wisdom that comes from facing our struggles head-on. We thank you for the people who have come into our lives, and for the love and support that they have shown us.

We pray that you continue to guide us on our journey and that you help us to embrace the beauty in our brokenness. We pray that you help us to see the light that shines through the cracks and that you give us the strength to persevere through any challenges that come our way.

We thank you for the hope that you have given us, and for the promise of a brighter tomorrow. We thank you for the peace that comes from knowing that we are never alone and that you are always with us.

Today, we celebrate the beauty in our brokenness. We celebrate the scars that make us who we are, and we thank you for the journey that has brought us to this point.

Thank you Jesus

Amen.
