Restored Woman

You are a Restored Woman.

Watch my YouTube Video here:

Welcome to this meditation for restored women. This meditation is designed to help you heal from your past abuse, sadness, and anger. This meditation is also designed to help you embrace your present strength, beauty, and purpose. This meditation is also designed to help you connect with the love of God and the Universe that is in you and around you.

To begin, find a comfortable position and close your eyes or lower your gaze. Take a deep breath in and out, letting go of any tension or stress in your body and mind.

Now, bring your attention to your heart center, the space in the middle of your chest. Feel your heart beating with life and love.

Imagine that you are breathing in a warm and soothing light that fills your heart with peace and joy.

Imagine that you are breathing out the same light that spreads out from your heart to the rest of your body, mind, and spirit.

Breathe in and out this light for a few moments, feeling its healing and nourishing effects.

Now, repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud

– I am a restored woman and I am proud of myself.

– I am a restored woman and I am grateful for my journey.

– I am a restored woman and I am healed from my abuse.

– I am a restored woman and I am free from my sadness.

– I am a restored woman and I am released from my anger.

– I am a restored woman and I am loved by God and the Universe.

– I am a restored woman and I am strong and brave.

– I am a restored woman and I am beautiful and valuable.

– I am a restored woman and I am purposeful and meaningful.

– I am a restored woman and I am connected and supported.

– I am a restored woman and I am shining and empowering.

Feel these affirmations resonate in your heart and radiate throughout your being.

Now, bring to mind an image of yourself as a restored woman. See yourself as you are now or as you want to be.

See yourself as a Kintsugi art piece, where your scars are filled with gold. See yourself as stronger, braver, and more beautiful than you were before the abuse, sadness, and anger.

See yourself as healed, free, and released from the past that hurt you and held you back.

See yourself as loved, blessed, and guided by God and the Universe that is in you and around you.

See yourself as strong, beautiful, and purposeful in the present that supports you and inspires you.

See yourself as connected, supported, and loved by your community that sees you and values you.

See yourself as shining, empowering, and helping other women who need you and appreciate you.

See yourself as a restored woman.

Feel how you feel as a restored woman.

Love how you love as a restored woman.

Live how you live as a restored woman.

Now, bring your attention back to your breath. Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.

When you are ready, gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.

You have completed the meditation for restored women.

You can practice this meditation as often as you like to help you heal from your past abuse, sadness, and anger.

You can also use the following tips to help you along the way:

1. Seek help when you need it. There are many resources and services available for women who have experienced abuse, such as counseling, therapy, support groups, hotlines, shelters, and more.

  • Don’t be afraid or ashamed to ask for help when you face challenges or difficulties. You are not alone and some people want to help you and support you.

2. Keep learning and growing here is always something new to learn and discover about yourself, your healing, your growth, your potential. Be curious and open-minded about the possibilities and opportunities that await you.

  • Be respectful and tolerant of the diversity and inclusion of other women’s experiences, perspectives, and journeys.

  • Be flexible and adaptable to the changes and challenges that come your way.

3. Maintain your faith and hope. There is always something old to keep and cherish about your beliefs, your values, your principles, your dreams.

  • Be proud and confident of who you are and where you come from.

  • Be faithful and loyal to your God and your Universe.

  • Be authentic and expressive of your spirituality and your purpose.

4. Build your network and community. There are always people to meet and connect with who can help you, support you, love you, inspire you, empower you.

  • Be friendly and sociable with the people around you.

  • Be helpful and generous with the people in need.

  • Be involved and active in the activities and events that interest you.

5. Take care of yourself and your family. There are always challenges and stressors that can affect your physical, mental, and emotional health.

  • Be gentle and compassionate with yourself and your family.
