Empowering Myself to Move Forward

Remember I am the oldest of 8 siblings and we are always asking ourselves questions or others are asking us "What if?"

What would it mean for me and my healing journey? How can I challenge this belief and empower myself to move forward?

  • What if I'm not good enough?

  • What if I'm always alone?

  • What if I'm never truly happy?

  • What if I never find love?

  • What if I can't forgive myself?

  • What if I'm a burden to others?

  • What if I never fulfill my dreams?

  • What if I'm not strong enough to face my fears?

  • What if others always judge me?

  • What if I'm never successful?

  • What if I never heal from my past traumas?

  • What if I'm always stuck in this cycle of pain?

As a Kintsugi woman, guided by passion and spirit, I understand the pain and struggles that come with being a healing daughter. You may ask yourself, "What if I'm not good enough?" The truth is, you are more than enough. You are worthy of love and respect, and you have the power within you to achieve your dreams.

You may also be struggling with the fear of always being alone. It's important to remember that you are never truly alone. You have the support of your loved ones and spirit guides that are always with you. You also have the power to create meaningful connections with others.

The fear of never finding happiness can be overwhelming, but it's important to remember that happiness is not a destination, it's a journey. Embrace the small moments of joy in your life and create a life that brings you fulfillment.

The fear of never finding love can be equally daunting, but it's important to remember that love comes in many forms. Love yourself first and the rest will fall into place. Trust in the universe to bring the right person into your life at the right time.

Forgiving oneself can be one of the hardest things to do, but it's also one of the most important. Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that everyone makes mistakes. Forgive yourself and move forward with grace and compassion.

Feeling like a burden to others can stem from a lack of self-love and acceptance. Remember that you are worthy of love and that you bring value to the lives of those around you. Practice self-care and take the time to nurture your own needs.

Not fulfilling your dreams can be a painful experience, but it's important to remember that your dreams may change and evolve over time. Keep an open mind and trust in the journey that life takes you on.

Facing fears can be one of the most challenging things we do, but it's important to remember that you are stronger than you think. Take small steps towards facing your fears and remember that growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone.

The fear of being judged by others can hold us back from truly living our lives. Remember that everyone has their journey and their struggles. Focus on living your life authentically and let go of the fear of judgment.

Success can mean different things to different people. Remember that success comes from within and that you have the power to create your definition of success.

Healing from past traumas can be a long and difficult journey, but it's important to remember that healing is possible. Seek help from a trusted therapist or healer and remember to be patient and kind to yourself.

Feeling stuck in a cycle of pain can be overwhelming, but it's important to remember that you have the power to break free from that cycle. Seek the help you need and trust in your strength and resilience.

Remember, as a Kintsugi Woman, you are strong, with an unbreakable resilience and capable of creating a life filled with love, joy, and fulfillment. Trust in yourself on your chrysalis journey and radiant reinvention of self, and know that you are never alone.
